After trying to order online with some problems, I contacted the elk Grove store. I’m happy to report that Robert was extremely helpful and walked me through the whole order. He researched color of leather, made sure I had all the features I wanted and was extremely cordial through the whole transaction. I would highly recommend Robert and the Grove store.

I am thrilled with my "Trade In Days" purchase. The store tour and inventory of possibilities given by designer Brandon Bloodworth was thorough and entertaining. I have to emphasize how much I appreciated how he helped me work through my options until I found exactly what I wanted in stock! The sale price delighted me, but I was thrilled when he was able to find an additional discount that saved me nearly $1000! I've had La-Z-Boy furniture in my home for decades. The lumbar and headrest features of the new power recliners, however, redefine the standards for comfort.

We visited the Lazy Boy Elk Grove store today, we went in to look at recliners and ended up purchasing two! Free delivery + 25% savings, and other special offers plus knowing from past experience with Lazy Boy we are getting a quality product we could not pass this up ! This store had a great variety of chairs to choose from. Our sales rep Brandon B. Was very very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect chairs at a perfect price for our budget he listened to what we needed which helped in finding just the right chairs and Brandon was very helpful in choosing the right fabric for the chairs too. This store has a great staff that made shopping here very comfortable ! If you are looking for good quality furniture at a good price I highly recommend this Lazy Boy store and ask for Brandon !

We greatly appreciate the service provided by Yasmin. She found the recliners that fit my husband and me. Even though we needed a lot of time to decide what we wanted, she was very patient and pleasant at all times. She helped us to find the right fabrics and colors for our chairs The store has beautiful furniture displays, including area rugs and accessories. That also helped us to determine what would work in our home.

EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am glad the staff reached out to me directly, although we agreed the website can be confusing, she did show me how they are not trying to be sneaky, but I feel like they need to indicate the price is a SALE price and not a regular priced item when looking. There is nothing that shows it is a Sale price of an original price on the website. When you see other things with clear lines drawn and a RED price showing its on sale with the orignal price next to it, that is clear that the item is on sale. The couch does not appear this way. The La-Z-Boy website needs to show that better in my opinion. But I under understand now and appreciate the staff reaching out to help me better understand the confusion. ------ I amended my stars since everything else was great as I said. I would come back and purchase more items when I am in the market. Thank you! - - - [Original review:]The staff was great and friendly and the purchase was easy and delivery was spot on, I love my new meyer couch BUT.... I am a little annoyed at what they call a 30% of sale. I was watching this couch before the sale as I wanted it, it was 23 something hundred for the sofa, I thought to myself, oh I will wait until the sales happen. Then I saw a different couch on sale and wanted to go see it during one of the 30% sale weekends. I ended up not liking it so asked to see the meyer since we are there. It was the couch we wanted after all. Confused by the listed sale price (even though it was a tiny bit less than the regular price I remembered on the website before the sale started, I wish I would have taken a screenshot BEFORE). We purchased the couch to be made and delivered. I hop on the website on our drive home and noticed the regular listed price is now over 3K - it was not that before. I'm a little miffed, but whatever at this point. Now I know this tactic. Guess what, I just looked and the regular price on the SAME COUCH is now listed as the 2369, so if you were to take 30%

Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend asking for Robert the sales associate who helped me at the Lazyboy store in Elk Grove. He was kind, no pressure sales, very knowledgeable and listened. From the moment my sister-in-law and I walked into the store we felt at ease. I explained what I was looking for and what my budget was. After looking around the store and with the help from Robert, I’m pleased to have purchased a Finley power couch and loveseat recliner set. Both at an incredible sales price. I had asked about any additional discounts, Robert went above and beyond to contact his manager to see if I qualified for an addition 5% special discount that was being offered, which I did qualify for! His coworker Abdul (hopefully I spelled correctly) was also very pleasant and kind and helped with our order and delivery dates. After we completed the sales paperwork which included instructions on how to program remotes and various information regarding the specifics of the recliners, Robert took the time to go back over to the couch and show me some specific information regarding cords and remotes. I have no buyers remorse, a great experience for me.
